Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Headband Sizing and Information:

* All Threaded By T headbands are created using double brushed polyester (DBP) or ribbed knit fabric; these fabrics are known for their stretch and "butter-like" softness. Because of this, my headbands are slip-resistant and comfortable for all day wear.

* Total headband circumference is approximately 20". This sizing will fit MOST adults/older teens. Measurements may vary slightly due to each one being handmade.

** Headband width will vary depending on headband style chosen.

For Faux Knot Headbands, width is approximately 3.5"

For Wide Twist Headbands, width is approximately 4.5"

For Bandeau Bands, width is approximately 7.5"

* All headbands are created using a serger/overlock machine and are finished on a sewing machine. Each and every one is handmade by yours truly.

Scrunchie Sizing and Information:

* Unless otherwise stated, all Threaded By T scrunchies are created using bullet fabric. This fabric is known for its unique textured feel. By using this fabric, my scrunchies provide a less damaging hold for your hair.

* All scrunchies feature a strong 1/2" elastic. Elastic pieces are cut at approximately 8". With these measurements, my specific scrunchies wrap around MOST hair types twice. 

* All scrunchies are created using the burrito method. Elastic is SEWN together on the inside of the scrunchie. All regular and jumbo sized scrunchies will include a Threaded By T logo tag on the outer seam. Mini scrunchies do NOT feature a logo tag.

* Similar to all headbands, all scrunchie tubes are created on a serger/overlock machine and finished on a sewing machine. 

TURNAROUND TIME:  Current turnaround time is 1-4 business days. This does NOT include weekends or holidays. This is the amount of time that it takes me to process, make, and package an order. Turnaround time does not include shipping time. Shipping time will vary on weight class selected at checkout and location. PLEASE NOTE, shipping delays due to weather and holiday seasons are normal. After a package is delivered to the postal system, it is truly out of my hands, but I will always do my best to help track down any orders, if problems arise.
